You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to all new subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to kellota.fi until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made to your payment method.
• Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided after the 14-day window.

Exceptions
